Bienvenidos al a–o escolar 2011-2012. El Coro Juvenil, Coro Mayor, y los programas de ruise–ores coral funcion— muy bien el a–o pasado y han decidido repetir el formato de este a–o. Desde el tiempo de clase es tan valiosa, decid’ utilizar una clase en el grado de segundo a quinto en mi clase de coro. Los alumnos de estas clases se componen de la Junoir. Coro (2 ¼ y 3er grado), el Coro Senoir (4to y 5to grado) y ruise–ores. Desempe–o en el escenario no es un requisito para obtener un pase grado en la clase, pero haciendo el trabajo en clase y que muestra el comportamiento classrroom adecuada es necesaria para ganar al menos un 2 en Mœsica en el reporte. Puedo seleccionar 20 estudiantes de cada grado para llevar a cabo en el Junoir y Coro Senoir, mientras que s—lo 10 estudiantes escoger de cada grado que en los ruise–ores. La audici—n para los estudiantes la oportunidad de actuar en cada actuaci—n. Aquellos estudiantes que muestran una excelente obra escrita, as’ como el dominio de la interpretaci—n de la mœsica, son elegidos para llevar a cabo. Sin importar si su hijo tiene un rendimiento de clase de mœsica o no, el grado de su hijo en la clase de mœsica se obtiene siguiendo las reglas de la Junta de Educaci—n de NYC, segœn prevŽ el Discipline Code, las reglas de la escuela, y las reglas de mi clase. Yo, b‡sicamente, tiene tres expectativas de los estudiantes de mi clase. Deben 1-El respeto se 2-respetar a los dem‡s como la maestros 3-Respetar la propiedad (tanto de la mœsica mœsica relacionados y no relacionados)



Por desgracia, como el programa coral floreci—, el programa de la banda que se inici— hace 2 a–os, tuvo que ser suspendido debido a la falta de equipo. Students, if you are in in music groups, you can find music that you can print out. Any music that is on the website has been done so with the permission from the publisher and is printable. At the bottom of this webpage are pictures and sound files of work done in the classroom. Mrs. Navarro and Mrs.Hirsch's Class 320, a class made up of English Language Learners, was very productive in music in the 2008-2009. Below you can read some of their writings using the Music Journal Format. After that you can hear them sing an excerpt from the musical "Why Mosquitoes Buzz" which they performed for the school.

and their teacher, Mrs. Romin, had them write about their experience.
